餐飲業、服務業都是吃力不討好的辛苦工作，近期就有一位手搖飲店員無奈表示，最討厭遇到戴上AirPods的客人，詳細理由曝光更是引爆同行間的共鳴：真的神煩。
一位手搖飲店員在臉書《爆怨公社》上發文抱怨「常遇到一堆戴AirPods的客人來點飲料，但都不會吧耳機拿掉或暫停音樂，從頭到尾都在跟我『蛤』」，常常要多次確認餐點內容，浪費時間。
遭遇曝光後，立刻引發餐飲服務業界的共鳴，不少同行紛紛跳出分享誇張經驗談「這種客人超多，神煩」、「現在超級多帶著耳機聽不到別人說話的，一次還遇到戴耳機聽不到我講話然後是把口罩拿下來的」、「而且還要一次比一次大聲 客人才聽得到…恢復原本音量，就又陷入輪迴」、「加油也是遇到一堆」、「開飲料店的我從每天遇到耳機客，一開始超不爽，到現在已經麻痺了」。
另外也有不少顧客搖頭「真的很討厭戴著耳機跟人家說話的人」、「就是在浪費其他人時間阿」、「前面客人是這種的真的會想罵人」。事實上蘋果的AirPods Pro因為附帶「通透模式」功能，可以在戴著耳機聆聽音訊時，仍然可以聽到周遭的聲音，所以才會出現部分用戶戴著耳機點餐的情境，但在音樂未停止的情況下，也容易造成與人對話的清晰度降低，反而造成店員們的困擾。（編輯：潘毅）
