故宮3件典藏文物受損，引起外界高度關注，其中2件調查報告已在昨（31）天送到立法院，卻被國民黨立委陳以信抓出調查拖延等三項疑點，包括「雙龍小碗」破損照片疑似並非第一現場，更點出第一件損毀案去年2月就發生，但故宮政風室3個多月後才啟動調查，連監視器畫面都找不到了，認為案情不單純。對此，故宮今（1）天晚間發布4點聲明回應。
故宮說明，在故瓷016896（明 弘治款 嬌黃綠彩雙龍小碗）、故瓷007167（清 康熙款 暗龍白裏小黃瓷碗）兩案中，院長吳密察在事件發生當天及次日接到器物處陳報後，皆立刻指示器物處進行調查，並在器物處完成調查報告後，將全案移交政風室，進行行政調查，以核實器物處調查報告的內容。
而針對外界質疑政風室調查時未調取錄影資料一事，故宮解釋，實際上政風室進行兩案的調查時，皆確實調取到案件發生時的監視器錄影資料，並進行關鍵畫面截圖。
針對外界對於調查報告相關疑義，說明如下：
一、典藏單位工作人員於發現文物傷損時，應依《國立故宮博物院典藏文物管理作業要點》規定：「院藏文物如發生傷損或遺失，典藏單位應立即陳報，查明情節，依權責處分。如隱瞞不報，加重處罰。」進行陳報，本院並無區分文物傷損程度進行分層陳報之規定。
二、在故瓷016896、故瓷007167兩案中，院長於事件發生當天及次日接到器物處陳報後，皆立刻指示器物處進行調查，並在器物處完成調查報告後，將全案移交政風室接續進行行政調查，以核實器物處調查報告之內容。
三、兩案在第一時間的調查，係由器物處辦理，故瓷016896案係於110年2月3日啟動，並調閱監控錄影資料，於110年2月9日完成調查報告。故瓷007167案係於111年4月8日啟動，111年4月12日完成調查報告。
四、針對外界質疑政風室調查時未調取錄影資料一事，實際上政風室進行兩案之調查時，皆確實調取到案件發生時的監視器錄影資料，並進行關鍵畫面截圖。
